Nascido no dia 25 de maio de 1964 em Caxias-Maranhão, filho de Abmael da Silva Vale e de Lúcia Maria Vale. Aos 17 anos entrou para os Frades Capuchinhos, onde ficou até os 23 anos.  Aos 25 anos entrou para a Ordem dos Servos de Maria, estudando Filosofia em São Paulo de 1986 a 1990, na Faculdade Associadas do Ipiranga – FAI, e Teologia na PUC de Santiago do Chile de 1991 a 1994. Deixou os Servos de Maria com 35 anos. Voltou para o estado do Maranhão, ministrando aulas, no Seminário diocesano, de História da Igreja na América Latina e Brasil, e TCC. Foi contratado em 1996, para ministrar aulas na Universidade Estadual do Maranhão –UEMA, nas disciplinas de História da Educação, Metodologia Científica, ficando quatro anos.

Em 2000, começou a ministrar aulas no Instituto de Ensino Superior de Educação Profissional – IESP, até ser vendido para a Faculdade Petrus – FAPETRUS, onde trabalha atualmente, como Coordenador do Curso de Pedagogia. Cursou Pedagogia, Neuropsicopedagogia e Docência Superior Universidade Estadual do Maranhão.

E está sem nenhuma denominação religiosa, por discordar com alguns posicionamentos de algumas igrejas sendo simpatizante da Igreja Anglicana e, da filosofia Espírita, pois seus pais são de religiões de matriz africana.

É professor na área da Educação de alunos com Autismo, contribuindo na área da Análise do Comportamento Aplicado, com crianças com TEA, Transtorno do Espectro Atista.

Born on May 25, 1964 in Caxias-Maranhão, son of Abmael da Silva Vale and Lúcia Maria Vale. At the age of 17, he joined the Capuchin Friars, where he remained until the age of 23. At the age of 25, he joined the Order of the Servants of Mary, studying Philosophy in São Paulo from 1986 to 1990, at the Associated College of Ipiranga – FAI, and Theology at the PUC in Santiago, Chile from 1991 to 1994. He left the Servants of Mary at the age of 35. He returned to the state of Maranhão, teaching classes at the diocesan seminary on the History of the Church in Latin America and Brazil, and his final project. He was hired in 1996 to teach classes at the State University of Maranhão – UEMA, in the subjects of History of Education and Scientific Methodology, where he stayed for four years. In 2000, he began teaching classes at the Higher Education Institute of Professional Education – IESP, until he was sold to the Petrus College – FAPETRUS, where he currently works as Coordinator of the Pedagogy Course. He studied Pedagogy, Neuropsychopedagogy and Higher Education at the State University of Maranhão. He has no religious denomination, as he disagrees with some positions of some churches, being a sympathizer of the Anglican Church and of the Spiritist philosophy, since his parents are of African-origin religions. He is a professor in the area of Education for students with Autism, contributing in the area of Applied Behavior Analysis, with children with ASD and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
